Betty Louise Millan Tucker, 76, born July 4, 1932, went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2009. She was preceded in death by her mother and father: Marguerite and Leighton Millan. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 56 years: Eugene C. Tucker; sisters: Marguerite Montalto, Doris Gilhousen; Daughters: Terri (Billy) Hazlehurst, Debbie (Chris) Carroll, Cyndee (Wesley) Robertson, and Diana Beverly (Craig Strickland); 7-Grandchildren, 7-Great Grandchildren and many Nieces and nephews. Betty lived in Callahan for 37 years and was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church. She was a member of the Council of Catholic Women where she served as a treasurer for several years. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will forever be deeply missed.
The family will receive friends Tuesday June 16 at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church beginning at 6:00 PM. The rosary will begin at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the church at 11:00 AM Wednesday June 17 with Father Ralph Besendorfer officiating. Burial will be in St. Teresa Cemetery in Hilliard, Florida .
