John Eric Lewis, 53, of Callahan, passed away Thursday May 28 at Shands Jacksonville following a lengthy illness. He was employed with Turner Electric for 23 years and Rivers RV for 4 years. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his father: Johnnie M. Lewis
He is survived by his son: Jonathan Lewis; 2-sisters: Pam (Leif) Johnson and Lynn (Ronnie) Gordon; a brother: Wayne (Sharon) Lewis; his Mother: Nora Lewis and his former wife: Brenda Lewis; 3-Nieces and 2-Nephews.
The family will receive friends and the funeral service will be held Sunday May 31 at 1:30PM at Live Oak Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Wolgamott officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
