Marie Elizabeth Froitzheim Keen, 92 of Callahan passed away June 2, 2009. In Fernandina Beach, Florida. She was born December 16, 1916 to R. and Marie Teial Frotzheim of Germany. She retired from Terminal Bag after 25 years of employment. She was a lifelong resident of Callahan and a member of First Baptist Church of Callahan.
She is survived by two daughters: Annette Pittman of Callahan; Kathleen Keen of Lady Lake, Florida; two Grandchildren; Vernon Pittman of Astor, Florida; Ali Gallis of Winter Park, Florida; three great-grandchildren: Cooper, Lauren and Finley; one sister: Margaret Womac of Jacksonville and one brother: Norman Froitzheim and many other relatives.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 5, 2009 at 11:00 AM, at First Baptist Church of Callahan. Memorialization will be by Cremation. Condolences may be expressed by signing the guest book at www.nassaufh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Nassau Funeral Home in Callahan, Florida.
