January 12, 1939 – February 20, 2009 Joe Manasco 70, of Callahan passed away Friday, February 20, 2009 at Acosta-Rua Center in Jacksonville. He was born in Port St. Joe, Florida on January 12, 1939 to Thomas Grady and Millie Ovella Hammack Manasco.
