June 25, 1941 – February 15th, 2022 C. David Shores, 80, of Fernandina Beach, Florida, died Tuesday, February 15th, 2022 at home. He was born June 25, 1941, in Spartanburg South Carolina, the son of the late Dorothy and Carl Shores. He was the youngest of 3 children. Mr. Shores graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1964, and married Lillian Wills Hutcheson on December 22, 1964 in Rock Hill, South Carolina He served in the U.S. Army for over 32 years retiring with the rank of Colonel in 1998.
